Jahracer | Sehr interessant fand die Ankündigung von EA, dass sie Games für die WiiU machen werden. Battlefield 3 wurde auch in Aussicht gestellt.. Mal schauen, was daraus wird. |

Die letzte PK der diesjährigen E3 ist soeben zu Ende gegangen und Nintendo hat wieder mal richtig viel vorgestellt:
@raven: gut, dann eben: auf-den-tisch-leg-und-alleine-funktionier-controller-konsolen-ding, ich nenne ein Ding, welches man in der Hand halten kann und dann alleine damit spielen kann Handheld. |

E3 2011: Batman, Assassin's Creed and More Coming to Wii U Big surprises at E3 from Nintendo. Looks like Nintendo just got a lot more hardcore. Following the announcement of the company's new console, the Wii U, Nintendo unveiled a number of hardcore third party titles that will be coming to the system. Darksiders II, Tekken, Dirt, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Ghost Recon Online, Assassin's Creed, Metro: Last Light, and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge are all in development for Wii U. Many other developers, including Ken Levine from Irrational and Warren Spector from Junction Point, commented about how much they liked the Wii U, but no specific projects were confirmed. Footage was shown off at the press conference, and it looks really impressive. We'll of course update when we get more details.
E3 2011: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Hits this Holiday
Latest titile in the franchise coming at the end of this year. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword releases this holiday for the Nintendo Wii, Shigeru Miyamoto announced today at E3. The company will also release a special gold Wii controller as part of a promotion. Nintendo additionally said The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords will be available as a free download for the Nintendo DSi this September. |

E3 2011: Nintendo's New Console Is "Wii U" Wii 2/Project Cafe has its official name. We've called it Wii 2. We've called it Project Cafe. We've called it pretty much every other possible name under the sun, but now it's official -- Nintendo's next console is officially named Wii U. The announcement came during this morning's pre-E3 press conference in Los Angeles, along with confirmation of many of the rumors that have surrounded the machine leading up to today's show -- like the innovative new tablet controller. Nintendo gave us a hands-on preview with the system in advance of today's presser, so be sure to check out all of our impressions. And then start saving your cash -- for Wii U.

The controller includes a 6.2 inch touch screen, four triggers - two larger and two smaller - microphone, gyroscope, inward facing camera, a Home button, and an accelerometer. |

E3 2011: Project Cafe Touchscreen Controller Confirmed Ach genau, ich vergaß:The first few details about Project Cafe have been confirmed. After months of speculation regarding the specifics of Nintendo's next console, codenamed Project Cafe, we finally have confirmation as to the nature of the controller. According to Japanese site Nikkei, Project Cafe's controller will be sporting a six-inch touch screen. It will also come with a built-in camera and rechargeable battery and will allow users tablet-like control of games. The site also stated that the console should drop in mid-2012. This is only the first of what should be a flood of details coming out of E3 regarding the Wii's successor. More details will most certainly come out of Nintendo's E3 conference Tuesday, so stay tuned to IGN's Wii page for all the latest.
